Terms of Use

Permitted use

You may use the MVP to evaluate image translation and upload images that you created, licensed, or otherwise have the legal right to process. You remain responsible for the material you choose and your intended use of any future output.

Prohibited use

• Do not use the product to infringe copyright or other rights.
• Do not upload unlawful, abusive, or exploitative material.
• Do not attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or misuse the service.
• Do not present machine-generated translations as official releases.

Account access

A Google account is required to submit translation requests. You are responsible for activity performed through your signed-in session and must not attempt to share, automate, or misuse access in a way that disrupts the service.

No production service or warranty

The MVP is provided for evaluation and may change or stop without notice. Translation quality, availability, speed, supported languages, and file limits can vary. Machine output may contain OCR, translation, removal, or layout errors and must be reviewed.

Subscription billing

Paid plans are billed monthly through Stripe and renew automatically until canceled. Each successful monthly invoice resets the account to the credit allowance shown for its current plan; unused monthly credits do not roll over. Customers can update payment details, switch plans, view invoices, or schedule cancellation through the billing portal. Cancellation normally takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

Commercial launch notice

Before enabling live payments, the operator must add verified business details and obtain a legal review covering refunds, taxes, consumer rights, acceptable-use enforcement, liability, and governing law.
